This weeks production deploy will include important database changes on the system back end, which will require exclusive locks on the database to complete.
Due to this requirement we have scheduled the maintenance at 4am EDT Friday May 14th to minimize the impact to you and our mutual customers.
During this maintenance window the Updox User interface and API will be intermittently unavailable. Documents sent to Updox during the down time will be cached and processed when the system becomes available.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve the Updox system. Our apologies for any inconvenience you and our mutual customers experience during that time.
